Community Access Services
The Day Community Access Services consists of two aspects:
- Site Based Activities - activities that take place at the center.
- Community Integration - activities that takes place within the community.
This program provides our clients with a variety of activities that:
- Stimulate senses
- Teach functional skills
- Provide meaningful recreation
- Further develop physical abilities
In order to accomplish our goals, we use low staff:client ratios and utilize a host of local community partners.
Our main goals are to:
1) introduce our clients to new experiences and opportunities; and
2) help our local community see the value in our clients.
