Supported Employment Services
CCC's Supported Employment program helps individuals with disabilities become as independent as possible by assisting them in finding and maintaining employment in stable, predictable, and rewarding work environments.
Our emphasis is on utilizing individual strengths and interests, identifying appropriate job settings, applying structured teaching techniques, collaborating with families, caregivers, and employers, providing necessary long-term support services, and insuring the appropriate "fit" in which the employee, employer, and family/caregiver are satisfied.
